Mark is an awesome OLD MAN. Do not let his age fool you - because he is extremely fit and can def move around on the mat better than most people half of his age. Pshawfocus was one of the first guys I ever met through online fighting message boards, several years ago. I recently met him again and he is still as good a puncher as ever, probably one of the most experienced gutpunchers around. Fun guy off the mats as well. Highly recommended.

Nice, polite guy. Good wrestler, not so good at gut punching :-) but if you fancy a long, sweaty role around the mats with a young, strong, fit fella - go for it.
