If you are in the London area or can get to the SE.London then I'd be happy to coach you in wrestling. I run a bi/gay male coaching and wrestling club. We also do every two or three months an open to all heavyweights weekend wrestling session.
At your weight you'd be looking more at ground and power wrestling. Are you interested in any specific holds or moves or favourite body areas to attack?
Individual coaching is only £30 per hour - though I often go over that time limit at no additional charge.
