Met up with CW in a pro style match up. He looks great in the gear and has a classic veteran attitude. He knows his holds mixing some pro and some sub to make it a competitive experience. He knows his wrestling. Off the mat (or out of the ring), he follows through, easy to get along with and have a good conversation.

I met Paul while on a short stay in London. He was good enough to come my way during the peak of rush hour. He understands his wrestling–holds, moves, counters and is strong at the same time. He has a great build for wrestling. While I didn't get many subs from him, I think I made him work and we both enjoyed it. After words, some good food and interesting discussions. Certainly hope we can meet up on the next trip across.

Great time. Makes you work hard with the right amount of aggressiveness. A great pleasure before, during and after.
