We're talking about two different things here. I was merely stating what I personally find exciting about a full nelson while you're focused on "proper technique". Exposed pits in a nelson get me hot, period. In this respect. the head can be up, down or spinning around like Regan in "The Exorcist" for all I care.

i just wish they would actually apply pressure in a full nelson, which did not happen in this video.
