I think if (when) the day comes I give up on all this, it won't be due to being physically unfit to grapple. It will probably be due to no longer wanting to take all the hours of time and frustration looking, but not finding, action on the mats. Time can be better spent doing other exercise (thou there is no exercise as all inclusive body-part-wise as wrestling, when it can be found)
