It's generational, not racial... younger guys expect a reply within 0.5 of second or they get all bent out of shape!
I recently woke to find a fellow had left me a message at 3:45am, and had blocked me by the time I was awake at 7:00am!
Needless to say the message was full of praise and admiration, and about how much he will do anything to meet.... apparently I wasn't amazing enough to wait till a civil hour for a reply! :)
Did not bother me in the slightest, but is fairly typical of the "right here, right now" attitude of these precious princesses... certainly not my loss!
It happened (again) to me last night. Another phone-text warrior. He actually wanted pics of muscle as I was riding home on the train!
There were previous messages of the type where folks build up for a meeting, fight, confrontation or whatever. I thought plans were being laid for a session, then kapow!
There should be a label or special button for this sort.
How strange. A guy based in China sends a one-word message to me. Hello, it says. Not being a fan of endless email chats I explained I don't usually do the online chat thing. Then I get a selection of pics of him with another one-word message stating, "Sorry".
With the working week over I decide to log on and say thank you for the pics but I don't usually need them or make an exchange of face pics until a meet for a fight has been agreed.
However, I found this morning I have been blocked by him.
He has several past opponents and English is good. But why block?
Was there some face lost along the way? That can happen in Asia a lot.
I don't think it is a face thing . He might wants online chatting and the first thing u reply is u don't do it so he blocked u to exclude the chance to retalking to u in case he forgot . Don't over think it

This is it. The era of the instant messenger and the expectancy of even more instant pics.

But face might play a big part. Isn’t your anger at losing a face thing too?
