This set consists of a room with a weight bench, a pair of 40 lb dumbbells, a pullup bar and a space for floor exercise. Trainee/muscleboy will be naked while instructor is fully clothed, in order to fully accent your muscles as they are the focus of this training. Full cooperation is expected as muscleboy trainee performs all sets of exercise ordered in swift succession within a time limit, combining calesthenics, weightlifting and flex holding. Demerits will be earned for all exercise sets that are not completed within set time limit and be administered on the hour.

Trainer will use at his discretion any aids to increase compliance including but not limited to crop, belt, boot, electro wand or clamps.

The ultimate goal is this training is to make the muscleboy impervious to pain or fatigue, so the more he is given the better it is for him. Success will be measured on how long the trainee can take marathon sets before begging for mercy or passing out, then comparing this time to the next training session.
