I am a personal trainer primarily working with men for weight loss, strength and conditioning and muscle building. I work online so I can help as many clients as possible and the overwhelming majority of my clients have had great success in the last 3 years.
I'd like to clarify that while I am open to helping people by talking about goals and helping you to form a plan I am not doing online training at this time.
I need to change up my workouts, I keep doing the same routines. Looking for a coach to gimme some workout guidance, and motivation to try even harder. After each workout, or every couple, I am keen to show off and flex on cam so you can see my progress.

hey buddy would be good to be in charge of one of your workouts. pushing your body to the limit would be great an dsee the results later even better
