When most people workout they have a set amount of reps and weights and that's all they do....BORING !!!!! The body will adjust to this and it will be no different than a normal days activity. Forced Workouts mean Working that muscle to total and Absolute Fatigue. To the point where your muscles are quivering and shaking and YOU are breathing hard ( yes a great cardio workout can come from this too ) You will burn more calories , I don't care what physical activity you do as a wrestler, boxer, wilderness hiker, swimmer what ever, a Forced Workout will push your body to toughen up and IMPROVE. If you are a wrestler this will help your balance better than anything you do. Here are two I use on everyone I train and myself.
