Based in the North east of England I took need a trainer - I am getting plenty of offers to meet up and fight but without some training I will just be a disappointment,
Fitness wise the weight isn't going down despite months of diet and fitness :(
Myself and a friend on this site both need to up our fitness and strenght
Is anyone up for training us online basically ?
Maybe setting challanges ect
