I did score my first win that day. Danny and I would go on to wrestle many times that year. Some at school, But more at home, The matches at home were in the backyard on some old mat that belonged to my neighbor. On occasion one or both of us got hard. One of the high schools kids was wrestling with a buddy in his backyard. When one of the guys left I got my chance to wrestle with this 16 Year old. AND OH Man was it exciting. I wrestled with this guy for another couple of years. Got hard many times but he seemed to overlook that. Now, years, John Is now Joanne. Funny how life changes things.
