I think the shaking of the head while in a sleeperhold is extremely dangerous it can have great effects but puts you at a higher risk of breaking the neck
I've heard several things about shaking the head in giving sleeperholds. I myself found it makes me dizzy and greatly increase the power and the grip of the hold on me. Someone else told me it's to make sure all the ways the blood can get to the brain and air are shut off. Maybe both. What do you think?
