And my experience it really depends on what you are using to put them to sleep if you’re using arms or legs it’s different
And are you sure you know the difference between a blood choke and a pain choke.
A blood choke is normally what you would use where the small of your arm is directly under their chin and all you have to do is squeeze to stop the blood flow to the brain
A lot of guys have this confused and put people in a pinch of where your forearm is pressed against their Lennox and wind pipe which is very dangerous because you can break it and kill them with very little pressure

i think we all understand that a true sleeperhold (RNC) is leaving the breathing space open, but stopping the bloodflow on the sides of the neck (carotids).
Its all about positioning - usually 5 to 10 seconds .... but the heel in me loves multi KO in 1 session. After the first KO (takes the longest )and then if applied right should be faster each time.
I agree with thick necks (LIKE MINE!!) need a good expert to hit and apply the right spot - but everyone goes out just need to find the sweet spot.
If anyone need to try or wants to try on me - im travellling again in May
I found it varies hugely, both depending on the guy applying the hold and the guy receiving it.
Some guys go out in a few seconds. I have been put out in less than 10 seconds and I have put guys out in less than 10 secs.
Other times the it can take a long time for the sleeper to take effect, probably because it's not tightly on due to positioning and differences in the shape of the neck, etc. A few guys I just could put out no matter how hard I squeezed.
It can take anywhere from 5 seconds but should not be held for more than 20. One guy I've sleepered (who goes out pretty quickly) uaually takes about 5 - 7 seconds.
I've always wondered how long it takes. Guys may have slightly different anatomy, the location of their carotid arteries may not be the same, and some take longer than others. Some say they can do it in as little as 10 sec., most say about 30 sec. For guys who are stronger or have thick arms it goes faster. How long does it really take in your experience?

You would think that that was true but definitely not
People need to be reminded

03/4/2022 11:15In my fig4 headscissors if the knee is right under the chin and I pull back on my foot/boot the sleeper is effective

That’s pretty cool that you have it down to a science I need to learn that

I think it’s kind of sexy to be knocked out over and over but it is also very dangerous to keep doing it like that
Use caution and know how to revive the person you were playing with

Same here. I have one buddy who I can not put out with any kind of sleeper at all to our mutual disappointment.
