A couple of recommendations for future events, if I am allowed:
1) Have a separate register for wrestlers to leave their real names and contact information before the event starts.
2) Have a designated "meet and greet" area announced prior to the event so that wrestlers arriving will know where to go.
My experience is that when you don't have contact information, you know you're going to be in a 9-story hotel, and you only know wrestlers by their "ring" names (the front desk won't have those to look up if you're inquiring on a wrestler by name).
Unfortunately, due to the above developments, it was necessary for me to cancel my attendance. I'm hoping future events will be better coordinated and there will be more communication opportunities. $500 is a big price to pay to meet someone who you don't know.
