I'd say rarely try to do more than one move. I probably cyber a bit differently than most, but I just keep a timeline in my head. If I'm rolling off and getting up by the ropes, I shouldn't have time to yet rush in and do another move – I should let the opponent react to the roll and me getting up.
With holds, you can leave it a bit ambiguous whether your hold succeeds. When you see an opening, then yeah, you go for it. If they're like, slowly rising up with back to you, leaning against the ropes, then I would write, "i get behind you and sneak my arms under your armpits, locking my hands on your neck, etc" rather than like "i get a full nelson on you." they probably will fall into it, but I leave a plausible comeback if they can come up with something crazy. Uh, does that make sense?
If you're wondering how you could react to that, you can keep it simple but make it a bit exciting, like "I feel your hands clasp on my neck, groaning out, trying to push your arms down with mine" or something along those lines.
Thank you Luke,
I have been actually reading the matches you have competed in. Taking notes on different kinds of advice and the styles. thank you for responding,
Hello gents,
I am a novice cyber wrestler and am enjoying it. I know that I need to work on some skills, but looking for guys that have patience. Things I need to work on is trying to many moves at once and once I wrote what my opponent would do in a move. So if you are willing to help me, shoot a message. I'll always respond.
