I guess I need to know a bit more about what's involved in one sided boxing. Does on guy just stand there? If I tried boxing, it'd end up one sided within seconds anyway. I have given a lot of thought about being a boxer's heavy bag. I imagine a guy dancing around, and giving me one-two combination gut punches. I think I'd still be in favor of an interrogation involving gut punches though. It still could involve combination punches, but it'd have the added emotional intensity.
As one gets older, I find role play is a great way to stay in the game, but it has to be real hands on, not cyber, sitting and key punching! I am fairly computer literate, just have little interest in keyboarding a match! No calories burned there, no personal contact, or skills developed, other than keyboarding! Shouldn't you at least stand up to box? lol!
I get that. I have been around since before the Internet where making a contact with like minded people was infinitely harder than it is today. You do with what you have, wherever you are. Nothing wrong with that. I just don't find cyber wrestling or boxing fulfilling, skill building, energizing, or exercise. I don't get into video games for the same reasons.
There's no point in trying to squirrgle your way out of it, Dan. It's like having your hand in the cookie jar while saying, "I dunno nuttin' bout' no cookies." I don't think it's a big deal, as you're still young enough that you're in the process of learning about such things, and I don't think there was any negative intent. The problem is, a teachable moment is wasted if a person denies the problem, either to themselves or others, hence making a willful choice to remain ignorant on the issue.
Anyway, we could try some roleplay if after checking my profile, you're interested.
I posted a while back about how it's pretty boring here, as there's rarely more than one or two topics/scenes/roles proposed for months at a time, and most of those have been repeated exhaustively for years. I do see stories posted elsewhere sometimes, so maybe it's a case of not wanting them to be interactive. I understand that there is a variety of interests and fetishes, but here in a forum that sanctions such a thing, it seems that people are just shifting on their feet and staring into space.
I went to ChatFighters, and it's pretty much the same way, although more people are participating. There, in my experience, virtually all scenes take place in a ring, and they involve none to slight variations on 4 basic moves.
I don't know what the answer is. Maybe try and get more people in the group?

For some people, the keyboard or video chat is the only option.

16/5/2022 14:41True. Not meant to shame or demean you in any way. Just pointing how it comes across.
Besides, it would be fun to settle it by lacing on the gloves.

13/5/2022 14:43Talk about ageism.

nah. I'm just mentioning a term the older folks might know it by. Not ageism just simply linking back to an older term.

Actually its ageism because you've made the assumption that older folks aren't tech savvy enough to do cyber.

I never even implied that. Literally all that was was me linking the terms together.

13/5/2022 06:42Like with what's going on in the world and all, you'd think a lot of people would roleplay. (Text Cybering for the older peeps)
