I had a pressure point used on my arms when my roommate in the army had me pinned down in a full body pin...I was basically helpless because that was the 1st time I felt that and he had me in a full body pin for over a hour as I tried to figure out how to get out of it but he won lol
Pressure points have different effects on different people. Some people have a lot of fat, others have muscle. When its difficult to get a good grip, pressure points can be less effective. In addition, to those reasons, there is the individual's tolerance (some have a greater resistance to pain than others).
Anyway, I don't think I've ever used a pressure point on anybody. Unless you include the Vulcan neck pinch, lol. Which actually was pretty effective in causing pain, albeit not the unconsciousness.
My weak spot is my bellybutton. The inside of my navel has a lot of nerve endings and getting a finger in there can finish me off quickly. It's complete torture and it's actually put me to sleep multiple times
I still remember my neighbor trying his arm pit claw on me way back in HS. I had no idea what a claw hold was I just remember he was struggling and squeezing my arm pits with all his might making faces and I just stood there wondering what was going on. He finally burned out said OK and went home sad. He loved to study new holds then try them out on me, but he was a sore loser.
They all really hurt. I know because I have experienced all of them. It is not a problem for a masochist jobber like me. I look forward to those hold applied to me.
