Under the group title it would have to go to BH by far. But only because the BH comprises strength plus a near full body contact. Whereas arm wrestling covers the least amount of body contact.
On the other hand, when it comes to excitement, I'm going to give that to AR. Especially as a spectator.
While the BH may be the more aggressive and primal in its application, its not continuously active (you can rest), making it pretty boring at times. Something you can never do with AR. There's also always an obvious winner/dominator with AR.
It's bearhugs for me. Love that both dudes can go extra hard with it, draw it out, toy with the other guy (and vice versa). withstand punishment (have never submitted in one ever, or really got anyone else to in mine)... as you've experienced with me personally haha
