I've had my share of fights with females even did a few 2vs1 gainst females , not embarrassed to say I've had my ass kicked a few times by tough rough lady fighters
Eventhough there should be a respect between the two opponents... I'm the type of opponent that if she decides to humiliate me because she won... I try to stop it but if she got me on a hold or we have a bet... well so be it...
I think the main focus is the same in a mixed match as it is in m v m. I want to have a fun respectful, evenly matched opponent which allows for some give and take to happen organically. In a mixed match I would typically prefer to end up on the losing side of it but having said that, I don’t enjoy being a total jobber, and like for my female opponents to earn the pins and submissions that they get.
Same with me... I don't like to give a W so easily I prefer that she actually earn it. But at the same time I have enormous respect to a female that goes and compete or just do it for fun especially when there's an obvious difference in weight and sometimes even talent.
As a male opponent or female opponent what is the main focus of a mixed wrestling match... and is the more enjoyable part as an opponent winning or losing?
I’ve never actually had the fun of a mixed match. As everyone else has said, as with any match but even more so, has to be on the basis of mutual respect and safety. For me, love the idea of being the jobber to a female heel in pro style match, and gear.

I’ve had a few matches with females. I haven’t had a true competitive match yet, just semi-competitive and I wasn’t really trying to win.
