I like Anna Konda more, because of her size. But Veve L is def a lot more skilled. She would win.

I am about the same weight a Anna, although she is younger, stronger and fitter than me. I could not see myself loosing to her. However, I do think that VeVe would have a chance of defeating me. Thus my money would be on VeVe.

I recommend Veve. I rember my fight with her when she visited the event from Cyrus in Germany. Very strong, quick and with very good chokes and scissors.

I’m going to USA 🇺🇸 in the spring I’m currently 71kg but would like to get down to 66kg to wrestle Veve Lane I think the wrestling match will be interesting when I meet up at her place in New York City

Plug "Female Fight Club Berlin" into google and it should give you enough information to find Anna Konda, Not sure if she travels much. VeVe Lane travels a fair amount - one of the places to find out more info is her vevelane dot com site.

They both have access to matted wrestling studios when they are home. VeVe does have at least one set of puzzle mats she can travel with.

FWIW, weight ( within reason ) does not make that much difference outside of serious competition like tournaments. Skill level does. VeVe was promoted to bjj brown belt at least a year ago, maybe longer.

With normal submission wrestling rules including the regular bjj hold set, she's not going to have a problem being at least competitive with anyone regardless of size unless they are capable of wrestling at a high bjj blue belt skill level or equivalent.

If you throw hold limitations at someone highly trained in bjj or similar training, then you start taking them out of their normal game plan and that can make a difference.

Typically, I will exclude any involving twisting the leg or ankle in a session except straight leg locks. Personally, i've never trained those so I don't know how to do them or defend against them. That gives me a better chance against against a higher level bjj belt. YMMV.

I'm using bjj skill level as a reference point not because it is magical but it is probably the most common way to pick up formal submission wrestling training.

There is someone I know with a body like Anna and I know if we wrestled she would give me a brutal beating. She once said I had a beatdown coming and she was the one to do it. Has not happened yet but she is awesome. I have had some erotic fantasy about it happening.

VeVe Lane won, Anna Konda isn't very good guys. Ina Black absolutely mauled her with easey. Ina Black is really good, but I've watched enough tape to know that stamina isn't the issue with Ana Konda. It's just that she isn't very good to begin with.

I haered the same. Anna Konda fights only with here weight. Poor conditons an dvery bad technics. Take a sep away from here. The risk for injury is to high. She also makes bad news against other foren. on here own homepage.

Most other female wrestlers in the community don't seem to like her. She doesn't handle losing or potentially losing all that well.

I wrestled Veve Lane here in NYC last a few weeks ago and man she's strong! Her legs are so strong that her scissors could make anyone passout!

I wrestle Veve when she came to Seattle. Did't have a chance in hell of beating her or even getting one submission. Her legs are killers and they damn near decapitated me several times.

Interesting watching the discussion on this thread. Ana Konda is strong but her endurance level is suspect - just like a lot of body builders. And VeVe Lane is probably her worst case scenario - a small tough opponent who can work her way out of tight spaces. Sort of like the movie Fury where a Sherman Easy 8 takes on a Tiger 1. If the Tiger can't get a kill at long range and the Sherman can manuver to a vulnerable position, the Sherman wins. And VeVe does the Sherman Easy 8 roll all too well - from personal experience.
