If your New Year's Resolution is to get in more wrestling or to be brave and bold enough to try if for the first time you should make it to the Open Mat Day in Claymont DE on Saturday, January 14, 2023. It's a great chance to wrestle in styles ranging from competitive grappling through professional, play, and just beginner. No pressure, do only what you want to. Boxers are welcome and like the ring. There's a large mat area and a big pro ring. Don't miss the chance to climb into one if you never have, even if you don't wrestle in it. Josh will be on hand. He's an energetic and excellent instructor in many styles and more than willing to wrestle with everybody at the intensity level they desire, fully competitive to really light and instructional. If there's enough interest, oil wrestling will be available during the 4 - 5 p.m. hour while regular wrestling and boxing continues in the ring. There's a shower, be sure to bring your own towel.
