Yah, I have done this so many times, well, as a headscissor heel I just know naturally what next headscissor hold should be, and I do minimum 30 minutes up to 4 hours of headscissor variations, but good summarizing!

Round 6
Standing head scissors 1. Jobber sitting on floor near a wall. Standing heel places both his legs around jobber's head. Adjust head with hands so that the head is nestled perfectly above his knee (in the quad muscles). Heel leans against wall for added leverage/balance while squeezing, and crushing (full weight) on his jobber. .
Round 7
Standing head scissor 2. Jobber on knees facing crotch of standing heel. Back bent forward a bit, and head inserted above the knees of his squeezer heel. There are plenty of variations to this one.
Round 8
Crotch to face standing head scissor on bed. Jobber's head is hanging off the edge of the bed while scissor heel mounts his neck with a thigh on either side of his ears or neck. With the hanging nature of the jobber's neck, the heel's thighs offers ample support as well as added pressure with less effort required.
Round 9
Arm Chair head scissor. Heel sitting comfortably on chair. Jobber sitting on floor his shoulders directly under heel's upper thighs. Heel's legs stretched, ankles locked. Sitting and squeezing jobber head till satisfaction, great way to end this leg 'work-out'.
Great way to test the neck strength & stamina of jobber as well. Maybe there's a happy ending for one or both, one might hope.
I'm game for all the additional positions you suggest. But both for my suggestions, as well as yours I think the heel should have to work a bit more, so instead of around my neck, I think the quads should be around my face/head !

It depends a lot on the amount of pressure used as well as the number of times at full submission power. Friendly, yet intense teasing, torment, torture, domination & control for each round makes it work. But otherwise you are right.
One sided, with heel applying each head scissors hold :
Round 1
Face to crotch straight head scissors for 15 minutes (pure power & punishment)
Round 2
Side scissors across the throat (added devastation) 15 minutes
Round 3
Fig 4 face to crotch head scissors (allowed to roll into any position, including face pins) 15 minutes
Round 4
Fig 4 face to butt head scissors (allowed to roll into any position, including face pins) 15 minutes
Round 5
Face to crotch head scissors, can be any variation or position for a full 30 minutes !!!
I've done this scene & many variations of it many times & loved every session !! Game for reasonably built local guys or guys traveling to Myrtle Beach who can host or game to share a hotel room !
