10/2/2014 14:01I like being blindfold w/my arms bound tightly behind my back and I am totaly unflexed waiting for a good, solid direct sucker punch. I try to leave myself unflexed until my abs are down by 40% or more. Then I use all my strength to bring myself up to a full flex. I love the loud, dull thud of serious punches bouncing off my flexed gut!!!

10/2/2014 13:29For me, its best if my arms are bound behind my back and I'm completely unflexed. After a sucker punch to the center of my gut - I see how many more I can take before I have to bring myself to a full flex. By then my an strength is down by 40% or more. I then get really turned on when they then go for the kill.

I agree with you (Ozjake) it is the exchange of strength and power. What one guy is willing to give and the other being able to take. I enjoy feeling the punchers strength as I feel the punch sink into my gut and the strength I feel able to take his punch and keep on going testing my limits with him. Very bonding. 27/7/2012 00:15For me it's kind of a two fold thing. When taking the punches, it's the fact I am able to man up and able to take the hits and not fall. Being bullied a lot as a kid and now finally able to stand strong and not go down is a huge ego boost for me.
When I'm giving the hits, it's being about to work the other guy down and claim victory.

16/3/2011 19:32Its a hard one this, as a punchee most of the time myself,for me sometimes its erotic, other times its a test of strength. As a puncher it seems to be a mix of sex/violence. Whatever else it is,its a very masculine and manly thing for two guys who trust each other to participate in. I love it!!

27/1/2011 02:02From a receivers point of view: To be restrained either by a third Party in the full nelson or trussed(tied) up in the crucifix position between to trees with your wrists fully tied so there is no chance of protecting your abs(guts)and knowing you are the punchers mercy itself is a sexual stimulant. Add in the receiving off the punches then the flexed abs act like nerve endings sending signals to the brain of pain and pleasure, The harder the punches, the muscles slowly start to break down resulting in more pain BUT the harder you try to keep your abs tight you also receive more pleasure from the punches. A lot of receivers may physically either urinate or have an orgasm while being punched. Each Receiver is different as some guys like to be punched in the lower abs , some in the uppers, and some like myself who prefer taking the hardest hits in the lower abs but also like to receive uppercuts to to the solar plexus.
The other thing i have now found myself desiring more and is taking all over torso conditioning (punches and kicks to the abs, ribs and chest) All these areas eventually have a breaking point and your at the punchers mercy as to whether he can read the situation so there is also the element of fear to consider. eg. ( what if the puncher cant read the look on his victims face or if the victim is gagged as well and cannot use a safe word ), the fear factor also sends messages to the brain of the receiver.
A receiver goes through a multitude of emotions when at a punchers mercy but to me it is highly stimulating, a great test of strength,and an unbelievable testosterone filled experience.
My thanks go to all the punchers out there for there time and to name but a few Dave(Dabbler73) for a crucifix punching in Sherrifmuir woods and also in London. oldscrapperderby for some great outdoor sessions at Struan in Perthshire, and at Iain Scotts Kewrestle for the many times at Iain Scotts Speedo-wrestlers matroom. Tombyker again at Iain Scotts Small_gladiator at various locations. nidave for the great session at Pippas in Manchester.
Keep the challenges coming guys my abs and torso are always in need of punishment. Any guys who aren't camera shy I'm always on the look for other punchers or receivers who are willing to be video recorded.

I had never concidered gut punchiing, even after 12 years of serious wrestling, then a couple years ago I was introduced to it by my now very good friend HardAndy, and now I love holding a guy in a full nelson while he is being gutpunched. why this should be so much fun I have no idea, but it is!! thanks Andymate.

15/1/2011 16:14I've almost given up trying to work out why something so brutal can be such a huge turn on...I've spent years discussing it with different guys and friends about the pschology behind it...but never seem to come to any satisfying or reasonable conclusion...other than I must be wierd!! LOL If any of you guys who are turned on either by being punched...or dishing out the punches or even just from seeing two guys sluggin away at each others abs...then please add your thoughts!!!
