I can't stand theatrical gut punting. Its just annoying to watch. I suppose that's because I see solely as a display of stamina, endurance, and toughness. All that other rubbing stuff and putting sticks into your naval is just goofiness to me.

There is quite the amount of gut punching pages on Twitter and Instagram.
