What's the most painful navel torture you've either given or received?

For me it was several years ago when I accepted an invitation to wrestle and exchange some easy navel punches.After having some exchanges of punches my host said have you ever been tied down and had you navel worked over? well I said no and he said do you want to try? Of course I thought that might be fun. Anyway he had a pulley setup in his bedroom and asked me to remove my pants and said lay down while I tie your arms and legs down . Well anyway he worked my belly over for over and hour until I was screaming in pain. Needless to say I was sore for over 14 days. I was so bruised so bad that being a married man I had to hide my torso with the wife until the black and blue went away.
