One could easily imagine plunging a fist into that soft inviting belly. Work the belly area just under that deep innie navel, until it goes soft and pink in colour, by this time you should have the origins of a good hard on. As your gut starts to tingle under your navel. Keep working the entire belly area, with the occasional punch to the stomach just above the navel. By now your whole gut is tingling with barely concealed excitement. Leaving the solar plexus out of it until you are literally begging to be punched in there. By the time you are ready to shoot your load, a final deep plunging punch to your fully relaxed and begging for it stomach, should push you over the edge. How's that sound?
