Would a lower gut punch hurt more than upper? What’s potentially more damaging

Personally I like working over the upper abs... When I'm being worked over I prefer my upper abs punched more too... I love a punch that sinks into the pit of my stomach! That's a good hurt...

Great abs especially the upper section

Your upper abs look great and solid. If I was doing the punching, I'd target that bulge below the belly button. That looks soft. Once that fails the upper panels will fail as well. It would be fun.
