If there are any muscular guys out there who would like to have their abs tested, I'm your guy! Age is a non issue here. You just have to like to have your abs slugged, hard and deep, your limits tested. I only gut slug with my bare knuckled fists. I aim for the NAVEL, with some slugs to the lower abs.
