My best takedown is a throw- the lateral drop. I call this the lazy wrestlers best way to get a pin. Hook one arm over his left arm, one under this right arm, hook his right leg and throw him. He lands on his back with his arms tied up for a long pin. Works for me, especially as I get older and go up against guys with more strength and stamina but no finesse.
