A necessity in most of my fights is that ballbusting be included (toward me at least), and I primarily do pro-style fantasy matches with lots of dirty moves by my heel opponent. However, I often go many weeks between matches, so to get my fill I sometimes do some self Busting. I'm just curious if anybody else does this and if so what methods have you found to be effective? My favorite right now is a tennis ball in a sock.
Hi. First i did it with my fist but now i found out best for me is three or four tennis balls in a kneesox. I put them into it that it looks like balls with hard cock. Hold rest of sox swing it spread legs standing and slam them into it from front or behind. It's really heavy

Depends how big it is. One is less effective than more for me.
