Almost always. If wearing a foul protector hiding it is no problem, but if you get hit on the foul protector it can be painful. If the fight gets intense it usually goes away.
In the gym, during regular classes and sparring, I manage to keep it under control. But at home on the punching bag or private sparring, then I let him go. And he gets tough. # agonophilia
While sparring it's less. But it's more often in anticipation. When I focus on hitting my opponent I focus on hitting my opponent. I still feel the joy and pleasure but then it's not connected to a boner. :D
