How do you deliver an effective butt drop and do you land on the chest or stomach?

So many ways to deliver a good drop. Use the seats raised knees to lift of his stomach, just drop. With your feet forward, full weight sit, this is a hard drop. Knees folded back, rest your knees on his arms, use this as pivot point, initial weight on his arms gets the muscles then drop onto his stomach. Love it.
