I have hung on a few guys biceps before. I have also been lifted on a few guys biceps where they put their flexed bicep between my legs and lifted me on it
Has anyone here had someone hang from your bicep before? Or has hung on someone’s bicep? I was wondering how hard it is and if it’s possible for someone my weight to be able to hang? same thing but with a one arm bicep ride.
