I use to wrestle a 5'6 180 lb Bud Who loved to be the Heel.
He would trap Me in Long holds & Pins & slowly work them.
He was 5'6 180 lbs Me 6' 240 lbs. He would trap Me in a hold or pin & work it for 5 mins or longer.
