you can write direct to the site - look under this page of the company https://thisvid.com/dmca.php to complain about it. last thing they want is having copyright issues and potential lawsuit. i have done it with other sites before and they have taken it down.

This user on another site seems to have stolen videos and photos that I’ve shared privately to others!

Not sure if there’s anything to do in the way of getting them removed, but just be aware and keep in mind: this is unfortunately a thing that happens regularly!
Unless the videos are made by you and copyrighted, they are assumed to be in the public domain. Usually, though, if someone claims to own a video, the other user will take it down.
