UFC gym has got a new policy that to use the mat room for sparring, a ufc gym coach needs to be involved. So the only thing you can do without supervision in the mat room is bag work.
As the title says, could anyone give recommendations for other gyms or dojos that allow members to spar outside class times?
My work schedule isn't regular, so consistently making class times is difficult for me, so having the option to train with a friend outside the set times is pretty important for me.
