I've had an 80 lb leather Everlast bag for years, very solid. Padded (knuckles) fight gloves are good as well as the lesser sized boxing gloves - 6,8,12 oz. Everlast, Title and UFC are all good brands.
I'd like to a heavy bag to my home gym. Any particular bag better than any other? What sort of glove would be best? Want quality stuff without breaking the bank.
