I can't see why they would deny you boarding for that. Maybe they might give you a "random" screaning and give some dirty looks. Let us know how it goes.
I'm likely to be travelling through the next day after taking a beating. Anyone had an issues with being denied boarding etc when turning up with black eyes / swollen face?

With two black eyes and a swollen lip, I had no problems coming from NYC La Guardia back to Dallas.
