I found this challenge in a fitness magazine over 25 years ago. Since then maybe 20 or so guys have attempted it and to date I know of only 2 that have completed it. I admit I am one that was never able to complete it. If you attempt it feel free to share your achievement.
It consists of basic exercises but lots of them...
1- Sit-ups... 200 total must be completed in no more than 3 sets.
-5 minute rest period...
2- Push-ups...150 total must be completed in no more than 3 sets.
-5 minute rest period... biceps and chest are burning by this time
3- Pull-ups... 75 total must be completed in no more than 3 sets.
-5 minute rest period...
4- Preacher/ bicep curls... 75 total weight being 1/2 your body weight and must be completed in no more than 3 sets.
