As the title says: looking for a Coach in working out/improving my wrestling skills in the St. Louis area. I don't bitch or complain - very quiet and reserved. I don't want to get huge..want to drop the weight to 170s range. Also, I am more into wrestling that is done on the mats, not into wrestling that is done in the ring.
