For those of you who tell me, I want someone to push me and Make me do this. To you I would say Go Some Where Else. .. 1. If this is an Erotic Thrill for you, don't waste your or my time, but If you are serious, there are guys on this site who can and will help but you have to ready to make the commitment for your own health. 2. Your trainer actually needs to be a trained fighter or some one with the proper credentials, who actually understand proper muscle alignment., because the wrong move can FU up for life. 3. Forced Training is All about one thing, that pushing your muscles past you personal comfort zone. 4. When you leave the gym or a work out session with your trainer, if your muscles aren't quivering and you haven't sweated through your clothes, You Have Wasted your time. A good forced workout encompasses all body parts. When I work core, that's abs and back together. I do not believe in sets and reps I go to total muscle fatigue. I work my self and everyone else to muscle screaming FAILURE. When you rest that muscle for 24 hours or more it comes back bigger, harder, stronger and more resilient to pain. That's what a forced work out really is. Find you a trainer who has actually been a fighter.. A real fighter knows what works and what does not. Just my humble opinion based on a life time of Boxer Conditioning
