Would like some information on a proper diet for wrestling & body conditioning. What to eat and not to eat. What to drink and not to drink. Any information would be appreciated.

Wrestling, bodybuilding, any sport, good health .... - have roughly the same requirements. Of course true bodybuilding has the additional need of achieving extreme leanness which is not always perfectly healthy, and can be a real chore – beware.

Rather than follow bullshit fads, stick to the basics. Varied diet, real foods (not processed), high protein, good fats, complex carbs, few sugars. Rinse and repeat.
