Uppercuts under the navel and straight into it are the best to receive and give because you can go as hard as you want with little or no risk of injury. Beer-guts are also great for hitting side to side. About 3-4 inches to either side of the navel is another soft spot between the muscles. These spots are great for 1-2 combos or used with 1-2-uppercut combos
With all the experienced gut punchers on this site it would be interesting to know where the perfect spot to punch a guy with a Beer Gut. Do you deliver jabs? Solid hits? Uppercuts? A big beer gut sort of hangs so do you do for the uppercut below the belly button?
