I prefer using bare knuckled fists because I enjoy the feeling of my fist coming in direct contact with Jobber's bruised stomach skin. I always aim for his NAVEL, which is easier to target bare knuckled. YUM!

Chubby guys bruise easier because of the capillaries in the fat, I usually use gloves for them. Even MMA gloves have just enough padding to keep the bruising down. The session lasts longer with gloves too, but i Love both.
Personally, I never use gloves when Gutpunching . That is because I enjoy the feeling of my fist coming in direct contact with Jobber's stomach skin...it turns me on! Plus, Jobber's stomach skin becomes reddened and sore faster that way, my sign of success and a job well done! I don't stop slugging until his skin is reddened! Plus, it easier for me to aim directly at his NAVEL, always my target, without gloves. I do punch his lower abdominals for awhile, then it's back to pounding his NAVEL fast, hard and DEEP, until I finish the job, he is exhausted from the pain & pleasure.👊👊👊👊👊💥🥵🔥💪
I have had guys punch me in the gut While I held a rope that was over -head.... This way the punchee can hit the floor if he can't take it.
A few buddies and I took turns punching and being punched for our version of rounds. It was a hot and sweaty workout. Sadly it was
two straight guys and a bi. and me; all of them were reluctant to do stakes...
