I agree. Nothing beats some solid shots just below the navel. They pretty exclusively catch intestines and the abdominal muscles are at their weakest there, because they are furthest from the attachment points. Great to feel your fist sinking in there.

I agree with you and I don't know why either:...the solar plexus, or right in the stomach, between the sternum and the navel would be ideal, just to fully grasp the stomach wall, and push towards the mouth of the receiver all the air that was in his stomach. then perhaps to change and to allow the receiver to breathe a little, a few punches in the belly, below the navel or right in the center of the navel, to then place a great uppercut against the wall of the stomach, and leave the fist inside the stomach for several seconds.
