all good abs exercises..but they don't isolate the abs. You are still using energy in your legs and back..learn to isolate and you'll be impressed with what you can take
Hanging off the pull-up bar, between pull-ups or leg lifts, or between sit-ups is fun. As is just against the wall or a tree. Sensual and can be good training
The best position is to have Jobber standing against a wall, arms outstretched, his wrists tied TIGHT to the wall in restraints with rope or cuffs. Then the Heel can pound the Jobber's gut for hours! Aim for the NAVEL with bare knuckled fists, some slugs to the lower abdominals. Don't stop until Jobber's stomach skin is nicely reddened...a sign of success! Keep the gut slugs coming faster, harder, deeper!

I really like getting my abs punched, but also want to know which positions are the best and whether equipment should be used to help condition them and make them stronger
You might consider getting a TATTOO around your NAVEL. That would label you as a Jobber to Gutpunchers, attract more fists to your gut! Heels would use it as target. 👊🏻 💥🥵🔥
There are many exercises to strengthen abs: a variety of crunches targeting them from different angles and intensities, hanging by the ankles from a chin-up bar and doing crunch exercises, medicine ball twists or crunches, having a buddy toss a medicine ball back and forth with you in a crunch position, etc. Your abs look strong and sexy–nice work! It would be hot to see them being worked over!
